Bagel Pizza Recipe with Vegetables
Bagel Pizzas are quick and easy. I often enjoy them for a quick snack or even for lunch. Add whatever veggies you may have in your fridge. You can’t do it wrong! They are also a fun way to get your kids excited about veggies! Let them help you pile them on. They’ll have fun and be ready to enjoy their own bagel pizza creation. My son loves his vegetables and really enjoys making fun foods like this one.
- 4 Plain Bagels
- Vegetables, chopped – Carrots, Broccoli, Cauliflower, Tomatoes (whatever you have)
- Cream Cheese – I love The Laughing Cow Garden Vegetable Cream Cheese Spread
- Black Olives, sliced
- Spread your cream cheese mixture on the inside of each bagel.
- Dress with your favorite vegetables.
The vegetables mentioned in the recipe are what I had on hand at the time. You could chop up your favorite veggies and make it to fit your tastes. You can use original cream cheese or I love to us the Laughing Cow Garden Vegetable Cream Cheese Spread. It is so delicious! Or, mix up your own. I’d love for you to share your own cream cheese spreads. You can even post your own recipes and tips right here at DIY Insanity! Just log in or register to start sharing today!
