Crock Pot Chicken Caesar Wraps

I love making wraps with whatever I have in my kitchen. You can fill wraps with veggies, chicken, steak, tuna… anything! I love a good chicken wrap so I thought I’d share this super easy crock pot chicken Caesar wrap with you all! It is delicious and quick. No crock pot? You can easily cook the chicken on the stove top with the same delicious results.

Ingredients

  1. 2 pounds boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  2. 1/2 cup water
  3. 1 cup Caesar dressing
  4. 1/2 cup shredded Parmesan cheese (Optional)
  5. 3 cups chopped green leaf OR romaine lettuce
  6. 6 large flour tortillas

Directions

  1. Start by spraying the inside of crock pot with cooking spray. Pour the 1/2 cup water inside. Place the chicken breasts in the water, and cover crock pot with lid.
  2. Cook on Low heat 4 – 5 hours. OR on High heat for 2 1/2 hours.
  3. Remove chicken from crock pot and shred chicken. Pour water out of the crock pot.Chicken Caesar Wraps
  4. Place shredded chicken back in the crock pot. Pour the Caesar dressing over the chicken. Stir to combine. Cover with lid, and cook for 30 minutes on low, or until thoroughly heated.Chicken Caesar Wraps
  5. Top each tortilla with 1/2 cup of lettuce, a little Parmesan cheese, and 1/2 cup of Caesar chicken. Wrap up tightly and serve!Chicken Caesar Wraps
